Preparation time  : 10 Minutes

All purpose Flour - 1cup

Miniature chocolate chips   - 1/2 cup.

Toasted Chopped almonds  - 1/2 cup.
Butter (smart balance) -- 1/2 cup.
sugar  -2 tbsp. 
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
vanilla  1 tbsp.
Sugar(Powdered)

Mix all ingredients well. Make round balls and roast 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned in low flame. Now roll these balls in powdered sugar. Yummy Sweet almond balls ready.

 Tip:

If you are healthy conscious use smart balance butter. Smart balance is delicious, Palm oil free, supports healthy cholesterol levels, . During winter best to use, as good source of vitamin D and A.

Like honey?  Here is the Honey Roasted Almonds Recipe for you,  you can make it under 10 minutes.

 Almonds with skin – 2 cups

Honey - 2 tbsp

Sugar    1/4 cup.
Salt To taste
Water  -  1 or 2 tbsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Take Almonds into a pan. Fry the Almonds for 5 to 6 mints in slow flame. Let it cool. Now mix the powdered sugar and salt keep a side. Mix honey, oil and water in a pan boil over medium flame. Add the roasted almonds and continue to cook and stir until all the honey water has been absorbed by the Almonds it may takes 4 to 5 minutes, right away take this to a another bowl and shower sugar mix over all. Let it cool. Yummy honey roasted almonds ready.


Finally we see the very simple recipe can prepare in 5 inutes

Roasted Almonds with Olive

Ingredients:

Almonds   -- 1 cup

Olive Oil (Extra virgin) – ½ tbsp

Salt - To taste.

Mix Almonds and Oil in a pan. Fry the almonds till it color changes to brown, add salt to taste, let it cool, simple and easy delicious snack ready for your kids or family.

Health concious people can include almond in your daily diet. 

Eating Overnight soaked almonds without skin is good for health. Almonds with skin are hard to digest, soaking helps to digestibility. Better to have 8 to 10 almonds in the morning, mingle with raisins for any grains or vegetables for taste and to reduce pitta, can blend them with salad dressing.

Almond Salad.

Strawberry - 100gm

Basil    15 to 20

Onion – 1

Almonds – ½ cup

Honey – ¼ cup

Salt To taste

Lemon juice – ¼ cup

Oilve oil   - ¼ tbsp

Pepper  - ¼ tbsp

Preparation time 10 min.

Chop strawberry and onlin, Mix Honey, salt, lemon, juice, olive and pepper in a bowl, keep aside. Take another bowl mix strawberry, basil, almonds and onion well. Pour the lemon honey dressing over the salad and mix well, serve cool.

Note: I have used Oilve oil in all recipes, u can use any vegetable oil instead of Olive oil.
