Wonderful chocolate cake Recipe






Choose repeatedly to many of us in various cafes. Served with ice cream, whipped cream and 
chocolate sauce. for a special night with your family.



Type: Sweets
Number of persons: 10 people
Length: 60 minutes

Prefer to eat with this type: Coffee Almond

Ingredients:


Cake:        

I-  200 grams white sugar
 I-  100 grams flour
I-  30 grams powder unsweetened cocoa
I-  1 teaspoon yeast
I-  1 teaspoon Baking Powder
I-  1/2 teaspoon salt
I-  1 egg
I-  3 large tablespoon cooking oil
I-  1/2 cup milk milk
I-  1 vanilla package
I-  1/2 cup boiling water



cream:        

I-  140 grams butter
 I-  340 grams sugar
I-  65 grams cooking chocolate
I-  1  vanilla
I-  75 ml milk milk



Method:     


Preheat the oven and greasy round tray with oil.

cream decking to prepare: In a deep bowl, Mix butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Add the milk gradually until the mixture reaches the proper strength.

Leave it aside.

In a deep bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, yeast and salt.

 Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and Mix for 2 minutes.

Add a little water while stirring.

Put the mixture into the tray.

Bake oven about 30-35 minutes until a knife comes out clean from the cake.

Leave It  10 minutes Cool before Putting Cream.

Serve with ice cream.

Preparation time  : 10 Minutes

All purpose Flour - 1cup

Miniature chocolate chips   - 1/2 cup.

Toasted Chopped almonds  - 1/2 cup.
Butter (smart balance) -- 1/2 cup.
sugar  -2 tbsp. 
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
vanilla  1 tbsp.
Sugar(Powdered)

Mix all ingredients well. Make round balls and roast 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned in low flame. Now roll these balls in powdered sugar. Yummy Sweet almond balls ready.

 Tip:

If you are healthy conscious use smart balance butter. Smart balance is delicious, Palm oil free, supports healthy cholesterol levels, . During winter best to use, as good source of vitamin D and A.

Like honey?  Here is the Honey Roasted Almonds Recipe for you,  you can make it under 10 minutes.

 Almonds with skin – 2 cups

Honey - 2 tbsp

Sugar    1/4 cup.
Salt To taste
Water  -  1 or 2 tbsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Take Almonds into a pan. Fry the Almonds for 5 to 6 mints in slow flame. Let it cool. Now mix the powdered sugar and salt keep a side. Mix honey, oil and water in a pan boil over medium flame. Add the roasted almonds and continue to cook and stir until all the honey water has been absorbed by the Almonds it may takes 4 to 5 minutes, right away take this to a another bowl and shower sugar mix over all. Let it cool. Yummy honey roasted almonds ready.


Finally we see the very simple recipe can prepare in 5 inutes

Roasted Almonds with Olive

Ingredients:

Almonds   -- 1 cup

Olive Oil (Extra virgin) – ½ tbsp

Salt - To taste.

Mix Almonds and Oil in a pan. Fry the almonds till it color changes to brown, add salt to taste, let it cool, simple and easy delicious snack ready for your kids or family.

Health concious people can include almond in your daily diet. 

Eating Overnight soaked almonds without skin is good for health. Almonds with skin are hard to digest, soaking helps to digestibility. Better to have 8 to 10 almonds in the morning, mingle with raisins for any grains or vegetables for taste and to reduce pitta, can blend them with salad dressing.

Almond Salad.

Strawberry - 100gm

Basil    15 to 20

Onion – 1

Almonds – ½ cup

Honey – ¼ cup

Salt To taste

Lemon juice – ¼ cup

Oilve oil   - ¼ tbsp

Pepper  - ¼ tbsp

Preparation time 10 min.

Chop strawberry and onlin, Mix Honey, salt, lemon, juice, olive and pepper in a bowl, keep aside. Take another bowl mix strawberry, basil, almonds and onion well. Pour the lemon honey dressing over the salad and mix well, serve cool.

Note: I have used Oilve oil in all recipes, u can use any vegetable oil instead of Olive oil.

PORK CARNITAS , How To Cook

PORK CARNITAS

I promise you (and a real promise, not a politician-type promise) that this meat will make you happy, mellow and in the greatest mood you have been in for months.  Promise!



While there are a few extra steps to this recipe, none of them are hard or time consuming.  The end result however is out of this world.  I have made these twice already in a very short period of time and have the fixings in the fridge for Round #3.  The meat is completely melt-in-your-mouth, while the caramelization on the outside multiplies that amazing flavors.  We have a hard time not eating it all before we get the chance to stick some in a tortilla :)







I- 4 pound boneless pork butt, fat trimmed and cut into 2 inch cubes
I- 1 1/2 tsp salt
I- 3/4 tsp pepper
I- 1 tsp ground cumin
I- 1 onion, peeled and halved
I- 2 bay leaves
I- 1 tsp dried oregano
I- 2 Tb fresh lime juice
I- 2 C water
I- 1 medium orange, juiced and keep the spent halves

                                        Instructions 


I- 1.  Adjust oven rack to lower middle position and heat to 300 degrees.  Combine all the ingredients in a large Dutch oven, including the spent orange halves and juice.  Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat, uncovered.  Once it simmers, cover pot and transfer it to the oven.  Cook until the meat falls apart when prodded with a fork, about 2 hours.

I- 2.  Remove the pot from the oven and turn on the broiler.  Use a slotted spoon to remove the meat from the pan and place it on a large foil-lined jelly roll pan.  Remove and discard everything from the pot except for the cooking liquid.  Place pot over high heat on the stove and boil until thick and syrupy, about 20 minutes.  You should have about 1 C of liquid remaining when it is finished.

I- 3.  While the liquid is reducing, use two forks to pull each cube of pork into three equal sized pieces.  Once the liquid has become a syrup, gently fold in the pieces of pork into the pot.  Try not to break up the pork any further.  Taste and add additional salt and pepper.

I- 4.  Spread the pork back onto the foil lined pan and evenly spread the meat around so there is a single layer of meat.  Place the jelly roll pan on the lower middle rack of the oven and broil until the top of the meat is well browned and edges are slightly crisp, about 5 to 8 minutes.  Using a wide metal spatula, flip the pieces of meat and broil the other side until well browned and edges are slightly crisp, 5 to 8 minutes.  Serve immediately in a tortilla with all your favorite toppings.
